For this program, you don't need any experience in e-commerce. We have dedicated coaches who help beginners start their own e-commerce business. We recommend that beginners start with Dropshipping so that you can learn the process and start testing your own successful products. We help you from A to Z with the whole process and have solutions from the start to speed up your process. If you do have experience, this program will even be better for you because we can find ways to scale your current business very quickly. In that case, we can look towards branded Dropshipping or even Branding if you already have a successful product. In coaching, we have certain levels for everyone, and our goal is that you will climb the ladder towards your own goals.

The golden rule here is the more, the better. In our philosophy, the results you are getting reflect the work you put in. For beginners, we recommend at least 3 hours of daily work. When you start with Elite, we will take you through a detailed onboarding process with your own roadmap making this clearer for you.

After the 90-day program, your 1-1 support will end. But this doesn't mean you will not get any help after the 90-day program. After the 90-day program, you will keep access to our course, which holds a lot of value already on its own; you will also keep access to our Discord community, which is filled with a bunch of active members of our 1-1 coaching program. In this community, you can still ask questions to your fellow members and the coaches, as the coaches are also very active inside this community. Because of this, the support will never stop 100%, and you can expect ongoing support.

Besides the coaching, there is not much else you need to purchase separately. The only things besides the coaching you will need to purchase are, for example, a Shopify subscription to build and host your webshop and money for running ads on social media to promote your products, and that is basically it. However, remember that every situation is different, and additional costs can occur. Also, please note that the investment for the coaching program is not an all-in-one price; this is only for the 90-day coaching.

In our program, we offer the possibility to schedule unlimited 1-on-1 coaching sessions, so there is no limited number of calls you can book throughout the 90-day program. However, please know that these sessions must be as effective as possible. If we feel the call is not necessary due to the nature of the questions or because you haven't finished the correct steps yet, we won't recommend scheduling one. Sometimes, we feel that we can give you a much quicker answer through our 24/7 support chat; we can do this by using a Loom recording or just by simply addressing the questions you have right away in the chat rather than booking a call, which is the goal at the end of the day. Also, we host a lot of valuable Q&A's throughout the week, sometimes even multiple times a day; it's also advised to attend as many of these as you can as it is proven that most of our successful members are the ones who are the most active in these calls.

The agreement and our general terms and conditions will also address the refund policy.
